Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be confident in every purchase from Offshore Safety Equipment. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and exchanges work for orders placed on offshoread.com.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Non-returnable: custom/special orders, downloadable files, consumables (e.g., flares, HRUs after expiry, CO₂ cartridges), opened chemicals/foam, items showing use/installation.

• After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
• Where applicable, a restocking fee may apply to OEM special-order items (we’ll confirm before proceeding).

We replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. For the same item exchange, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

1. Email: info.saudi@offshoread.com — subject “Return Request – [Order #]”.
2. Include: order/invoice number, item SKU/model, reason, photos/video if damaged, and unopened packaging photo.
3. We’ll reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless our error).
• Use a trackable service; insure high-value items.
• Ship to: Offshore Safety Equipment, King Faisal Bin Abdulaziz Branch, Al Yaqoot, Jeddah 23826, Saudi Arabia.

• Items returned after 14 days or without RMA.
• Used/installed items, missing parts, damaged packaging.
• Goods not purchased directly from offshoread.com.
